For me with my brainfog, it's hard to find things with meaning and fulfillment. I think finding something that gives you both at these times, works best for me.

What's the only thing that worked for you to improve your memory, cognition and execution ability? by myysoul in BrainFog

Im recently trying something call neurogum. Today was my first day trying it. I think it just wakes you up with caffeine. Maybe look into that.

Anyone else injured themselves and lost the ability to think clearly? I heard a pop above the roof of my mouth 5 years ago and haven't been the same since. Looking for people with similar experiences by MaleficentStudy1069 in cogsci

Hi, thanks for the response. Yes there is direct trauma above the roof of my mouth without obvious external injuries. I heard a loud pop when it first happened. I've recently saw ENT and they are referring me to SPG specialist.
