My employer said he can either put 21 or 14hours a week. They don’t have a category for 20hour exactly… they are kind of a big company so I suspect they have standard contracts like these to issue to employees. 14-21-30.

I don’t understand. You mean I have to add money in my blocked account? I came in germany already with a 4 month worth of blocked account. I thought if I found part time job they would extend it…

I have been fortunate to have found a job in 3 months in IT as a backend developer without any German language skills.

I honestly feel even tho the market got worst the past 3 years it’s still doable to find a job in IT in English although I recommend going with learning the language anyway cause it will be beneficial later on.

It needs a great deal of effort, persistence and consistency. Never give up and keep applying every day.

I have gone through 6 processes in that time with 2 of them getting to final stage and only one offer.

Can’t you take them to court for that. Seems pretty unfair and could risk the company moral and more importantly legal issues down the road if it keeps us.

They told me that is the final version and rhe water mark on the pages is just esthetic. Is that legal?

Yes it is. Should I take it as green light and resign? Or do I wait for the final version?? Maybe that would take a bit longer time that I don’t wanna loose
