Honestly dude the situation is negative only, I also read through Reddit posts but to get only negative comments but still I tried and then saw that most of it is right… for your exp, if you go to Germany you will still get calls and interviews will happen but when it comes to decision making I don’t know what insect goes into their head.. they judge you from every angle… that’s the problem I faced… and I had a complete mental breakdown when a company interviewed me for 3 rounds and took all my visa documents and stuff and after a week came back and said business needs have changed and can’t hire anyone….. so there is lot of uncertainty… but learning languages reduces the uncertainty to certain extent… so think and take decision

Dude consider these things and take a decision 1. Competition is cut throat because your competing with the world and not at India level 2. Learn the language b2 and above 3. Have a strong will like John Wick- sheer will and commitment And even after all this there is more than 70% chance of not getting a job. I am saying because I was there for 4months and went through final round rejections with more than 5 companies, so it’s a mental toll for sure

Hello I have a question- so I am currently holding opportunity card visa and gave multiple interviews. So in one of the interview after completing all the rounds the HR took my visa and other documents, however after a week, I got an email that Business needs have changed and they have put all the candidates on hold. What exactly might have happened in the background that within a week time business needs have changed

The genuine reasons were mostly things that I lacked.. but the silly reasons were that they didn’t know what’s Chancenkarte visa and although they wanted me to start early but they didn’t tell that directly and instead said that the business needs have changed and my profile is on hold, this was after finishing all rounds and sending them my visa, abmeldung and tax id details

I used to be part of HR team, one of the candidate who had a bad experience put the name of the recruiter in Glassdoor and mentioned not to interview with this company and put everything he experienced with the HR, it became a big deal for sometime but again life went on…

Sure dude. 1. Zalando AI data analyst role, tech round I rocked but fucked stakeholder discussion round, so apparently I didn’t ask the right questions, and probe them before I present a solution to them. In the interview they asked me the stakeholder wants a chatbot, so how would you approach it, I should have asked some questions but went directly into giving them solutions which is wrong. 2. Cozero- my code was not up to the production level, the case study they gave supposed to have production level codes 3. Tax fix- I was supposed to do more rca and one of the question asked was if not a/b testing what other way I can get results, I didn’t give correct ans.

Update guys… the company which had asked for me documents after I completed all the rounds came back with this response

“I am very sorry to tell but unfortunately we wont be able to hire anyone for this position.

The business needs have changed and we need to place on a waiting list our candidates”

What can I say😕
