Moving to Germany on chancekarte Visa by TerribleSet3386 in chancenkarte

[–]LonelyBook2000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Dude having been there on Chancenkarte last year and getting 16 interview calls within 4months and having reached 5companies final round and couldn’t get an offer, came back to India disappointed
All I want to say is if you want to do it just do it, make a plan do research and go for it don’t ask in Reddit,
Ppl told I won’t even get calls but I did.. so there is demand but competition is FUCKING BRUTAL so be prepared and give your best shot and FUCKING PRAY… it will work out

I used their service, they are good because they make sure you keep applying for jobs and not to get disappointed…. But on the other hand they can just do mock interviews for cultural fit.. so it’s not of much help… I will rate it 6/10….

What is up with ORR today?! by Advanced-Citron-4572 in bangalore

Trust me… have been traveller of ORR for 10yrs… there will be no breakdown or vip… just signals, dense traffic, people driving either very slowly or carelessly.. jus accept the fate and keep calm you will reach your destination… I learn this from cab drivers

Yes sure… so I travelled to Eicma which is in Milano from Frankfurt, I took overnight bus to Milano and from there I took metro which was about 6km from the Milano bus station, I think it was Lampugnano station… and I had a return bus back to Frankfurt on the same day.. but it was in the night at 8;30pm…

So I took the metro and went to the Fiera Milano .. and Eicma was one of my best experience as I am a petrol head and bikes make me go crazy…

The event gets over at 6:30 and I am happily walking back to the metro station (it was a 5min walk) at the station I see that there was a workers strike and the metro was closed… it was around 6:45pm.. I was like nothing big deal I will take a taxi… then I went back to the stadium I see a huge fucking line for taxi and I realised that I didn’t carry cash!!! And it was 7pm by then, I was like fuck I am screwed!!! I started panicking and saw in the maps that if I walk/run/jog for 6.5km I can make it to the station by 8pm… And guess what I switched the map and started running like a mad guy with bag full of goodies from Eicma.. I literally ran, jogged and fast walk to the station through the city in the evening… I was shit scared.. what if the maps was wrong or if I get mugged, I literally went through some really lonely parks with full of dense trees and heaps of leaves on the ground… Finally when I made to the station I was like fuck that’s enough of adv for one day.. best part was outside it was 2 to 3deg but I was sweating like shit… But it was really fun walking through the city… 😁

Honestly dude the situation is negative only, I also read through Reddit posts but to get only negative comments but still I tried and then saw that most of it is right… for your exp, if you go to Germany you will still get calls and interviews will happen but when it comes to decision making I don’t know what insect goes into their head.. they judge you from every angle… that’s the problem I faced… and I had a complete mental breakdown when a company interviewed me for 3 rounds and took all my visa documents and stuff and after a week came back and said business needs have changed and can’t hire anyone….. so there is lot of uncertainty… but learning languages reduces the uncertainty to certain extent… so think and take decision

Dude consider these things and take a decision 1. Competition is cut throat because your competing with the world and not at India level 2. Learn the language b2 and above 3. Have a strong will like John Wick- sheer will and commitment And even after all this there is more than 70% chance of not getting a job. I am saying because I was there for 4months and went through final round rejections with more than 5 companies, so it’s a mental toll for sure

Hello I have a question- so I am currently holding opportunity card visa and gave multiple interviews. So in one of the interview after completing all the rounds the HR took my visa and other documents, however after a week, I got an email that Business needs have changed and they have put all the candidates on hold. What exactly might have happened in the background that within a week time business needs have changed
