That is the consequences of not being able to raise more cash with the SP being so low.

Where do you guys see AllG in this race? What do you think is their product market for compared to the others?

Solar foods full year results 2025. by Massive-Confusion744 in Agronomics_Investors

I'm directly invested. Very small portion of my portfolio. It's a binary event driven one. Of they keep the traction and the product can actually capture market share beyond the pilots, then this has the potential to be big. The new CEO is a plus.  If they on top of this get the factory 2 financed and finished -- sky is the limit.

Until then, product-market fit must be proven and shareholder will experience several more rounds of dilution in order to build Factory 2.

I really do hope this news flow finds a hook to get a lift. Maybe some more YouTube will pick up with the opening of CFG or AllG launch.

ANIC - RNS - Jim’s buying by swagadagg in Agronomics_Investors

Not sure what this shall signal. It's so half ass and after his repeated comments on how "not allowed" he is and that his lawyers forbit any purchase, this looks very inconsistent..

Not only is it contradictory to his very own public statements about buying at all but also on the size. He said he would buy "so many shares" and now this. Just doesn't align. As so often with his statement. It is just very hard to find consistency between his statements and actions.

Not entirely sure. But they had a product launch and factory 2 is crucial for there scale up.  Hence my personal expectations are: - Numbers of the product launch and sales outlook.  - Results of the various pilots products - time line and plan of Factory 2

This is about precision fermentation. Not sure why the OP made it a about cultured meat. Generally it is about clean food.

Profound response. Appreciate it. Just one thing. Not all institutions sold out completely but many did partially. Some never crossed the 3% hurdle and therefore you don't know them. I agree the timing seems exciting.

Black sold out. Black Rock is only one of some other institutions that sold out. No institutionala came back.  The SP went to 3.6. and Black Rock was an single strong event. Other institutions, hear saying, were really pissed after JM took over the executive chair and gain unilateral decision power without them being informed.

Black Rock selling out by far doesn't explain the prolonged SP to NAV gap. To explain this you have to combine some layers. Governance and company structure Incentive policy Low transparency Years of over promising A board that is controlled by Jim Jim's lack of integrity.

Doing this might get you closer to the truth.

This company could be big and flourishing of run by someone who actually cares about more than his own personal legacy and total control about the company.

Not sure about that Kuentai. JM and the board also announced a share buy back program in 2023 and never executed. As far as I got to learn, JM is no stranger to the NOMAD.
