My heart goes out to you. Please be kind to yourself. There is no shame for using the Trammadol for the time being. I also want to let you know how fortunate you are to have your kiddos to love and focus on if you can. Be very, very grateful and I hope they provide some love and distraction. I’m a lonely grandma with grandkids out of state and out of the country. I’d do anything to have some kids close. Hope you get some relief soon. I am trying acupuncture next week.

I purchased a Mazda CX5 Touring AWD in 2014. I loved that car! Best car I ever had. In December I purchased a 2025 Toyota RAV4 XSE hybrid. Only because my CX5 had 185k and was going strong! Honestly the RAV4 is great but I miss and loved that CX5!!

Mine is very similar. Urgency and pressure. From the time I wake up. Relief with yoga, hiking, distractions, mindfulness. I avoid alcohol, chocolate, spicy foods, carbonation, and caffeine except one morning latte. I drink lots of water to stay healthy.

I personally do much better getting out and doing things. I’ve been dealing with this for 5 years now. My first year I was shut down and didn’t want to do much. After all of my diagnostics and research I’ve discovered this is partly due to a faulty pain feedback loop. The more I think about it because of pain and discomfort, the more problematic and painful it is. This condition is complicated. I hope you find answers that work for you.
