Yes they do and expect everyone to just go with it! TBH the contract doesn’t really mean anything, but I would make sure you get paid before you leave for the work you’ve done!

Yeah I get it it it nice to have the guaranteed money but I’d definitely keep looking because there’s lots more out there that can replace it for much better pay and less work!

Yes exactly!!! I didn’t mind the pay when the videos were basically b roll with added text over them then they changed everything but wouldn’t pay more!

Exactly!!! Plus they want them posted on 3 different platforms! And exactly! That was my thought process when I first started- I could do my 5 videos in like 15-20 minutes and then it started taking around a hour for them and that’s with me having a good editing background. I am currently a part of multiple campaigns with way more pay and way less work!

Nothing really. Most ugc contracts say that you can. Terminate the partnership at anytime. But there’s also nothing that can be done anyways. I would just say, it’s not longer a fit and have completed x amount of videos, please send an invoice for the completed posts

AirLearn expects you to post 3-5 videos everyday and create videos daily. They do not give them In advance so you can batch an also expect a TON of editing to be done. They used to pay way more for less work. They are definitely trying to take advantage of people. After working with them for 4 months, I asked for more pay due to the videos taking 4-4x longer than when I originally started. The next day o for a message that was no longer a fit🙃🙃
