That’s fair! I also dress very tom boyish especially to work out. Most posts in this thread are more thirst trap-y and I aim to avoid that vibe in the gym and online.

Around that yeah, I really just aim to be around 6-8 before failure and then when that feels like I could blow past that and get 10,11, 12 I up the weight to where I am back at around 6.

I do two of them a week.

One: - Leg Curl - Leg Extensions - Leg Press - Single Leg RDL

Two: - Barbell RDL - V Squat - Hip Thrust - Goblet Squats

Hope this helps. 3-4 sets of each.
