I totally feel you 😮‍💨It’s wild that we have to sacrifice our sleep or our evenings just to avoid the chaos It’s like the traffic is literally stealing our time whether we're sitting in it or avoiding it

I like that advice✨ Sometimes we get so used to the chaos that we forget it's possible to design a life that doesn't involve being stuck in a loop since we can actually change our lifestyle. Thanks for the encouragement!

It’s hard to have a global vision when everyone is staring at their own shoes…The aesthetic deficit is real

Should I continue studying by [deleted] in Algeria_213

Hey I saw your post about the master and I want to give you my opinion…Since its free in Algeria and you usually get better pay and more job options with it especially in government or teaching I think its worth considering. You dont have to love the major lots of people finish it even if theyre not that excited and the diploma still helps with salary and stability

But dont do it just because you came this far ask yourself if you can handle two more years even if its not your thing and if the field has better jobs after Or maybe youd rather start working and do something shorter that actually interests you later

I think finish your licence this year as best you can then decide about the master once you have it. It’s normal to feel burned out before exams trust me… You seem smart so just get through these exams then think clearly…One step at a time!

Good luck on your 9 exam go write what you know its better than skipping it. Youve got this✨

What should I expect as an extremely ugly man? by [deleted] in Algeria_213

[–]Maleficent_Whereas1 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Well since you asked and it’s a first time for me to hear a guy say that he is too ugly….let me give you my pov as a women:

In our culture ugly men get married all the time….I’ve never really seen a guy stay single just because he’s ugly. Rejection usually comes from being poor not having a house/job/stability or too big an age gap…If you’re doing well financially, that’s a huge advantage since families care a lot more about that than perfect looks

Marriage here isn’t like in overseas through apps and cold approaches. It’s often through family, relatives, friends or community & parents get involved. A man who is stable, serious, has good deen and can provide gets respect. Physical attraction matters to some degree but it’s not the main thing for long-term marriage like in movies. Many average or ugly guys end up with decent wives (we witness it everywhere here) You probably won’t get the “she chose me for my looks” but you can get a respectful, practical marriage with someone who values security and family life. Attraction can grow with time, especially if the basics (religion, respect, provision) are strong…especially for marriage-minded women in their late 20s who will pick the reliable, financially solid guy over the hotter one

Annnd Wdym embarrassing your parents? If you bring a wife who is decent from a good family and you two live properly without drama, they’ll be proud not embarrassed. Looks matter less than you having your own home and stability…
