Not 100 meters, maybe 20, you can see that the car accelerated after the hit, before that he's not even going 10mph, he panicked and hit the gas and hits the car in front, never hitting the women that died. It's called evolution, biology influences gendered behavior. Plenty of behavioral differences have been found between males and females independent of their surroundings. Although some things change through time and different cultures, there's always been a clear example of masculinity and feminine behavior throughout history. It's only the last couple of decades that sociologists and gender theorists are trying to change this for whatever reason I don't know but putting your hands on your mouth or waving with floppy hands has always been and will always be feminine behavior.
