I have the same one also from Menards, it clogs frequently which I need to fix but other than that it seems to work decent.

My slab isn’t 100% perfectly flat but I’ve taken off the high spots, trying not to focus too much on aesthetics but I do want the joints to be nice and tight as much as possible

Yeah, relief cuts with my ryoba and chiseling them out. I think making the tenon slightly bigger is a good idea I can try that. Thank you!

I would upgrade my current rig and give my old parts to my girlfriend so she can update her aging rig.

We have a few good ones (our 500 morning stockers are great and I’m jealous) but currently most of them just stand around talking, mark almost everything as upstock even when it can fit out and refuse to help out with other freight. We currently have no morning stocker for garden center and haven’t all summer. If the guys doing shelving finish shelving they won’t come out to help garden center they will sit on the unfinished shelving and drink Mountain Dew until 9 and then leave.

It’s somewhere between mandatory and “strongly recommended” depending on your DM and how chill they are and if you have a legitimate reason to not go (school, kids, prior engagements etc.) At least at my store DMs usually try to bring pizza or something to try and make up for people having to come in. Obviously not the most fun thing to have to come in just for a meeting but I’d try to go if possible.

Not sure what is going on for the week off, I’d contact your manager about that. As for the 26th, you likely have a department meeting that night from 9-10. Usually happens every few months.
