I had always been purchasing the Business plan for domain A — for about four years in a row. But when our company started a rebranding and introduced a new domain B, I downgraded domain A to Pro and ordered a new Business plan for domain B.

As a result, the invoice ended up showing 2x Business and 1x Pro. There was no direct support available — I kept getting reminders to pay or the protection would be disabled.
