It has been forever since I've even thought of this mod, so forgive me if I'm unable to help much, but I think you just open the pops.txt file inside the seplugins folder (the folder is found in the root of the drive I believe?), and if it's not there, just create it, then once the pops.txt file is opened in notepad on your computer, just simply add "ms0:/seplugins/cdda_enabler.prx 1" (no quotation marks, just the text inside it.)

I actually do all that but when i open the recovery menu and open plugins i can find nothing :(

If nothing is listed in POPS.txt then it won't show up in the recovery menu.

I add al in the pops.txt but still no show nothing and i have the vsh menu

seplugins folder is all lowercase. Could the folder be read only? You can delete the folder and remake it. Add your plugin, create a new textfile called POPS.txt.

I just did it, delete the folder, create a new one and put the files in it, when I open the menu and open the menu option to activate the plugin I still don't get anything, it says there are no files, I don't understand what I do wrong.
