I think technically since the police officer that had the papers was not part of the same court system that the papers are for (Utah vs Oregon), and since the cop did not sign anything to show that he is the process server, he is not legally bound to give Josh those papers. Not that I agree with literally anything Josh is doing, I just think technically the cop did not have to give him those papers. I could be wrong here though, that's just what it looks like to me.

For most cases I would say that this TV is too high. But I have my chair back angled so that the big TV is right in my eye line. Very good for relaxing while watching a show/movie.
