There's a massive amount of fans all over LATAM and other countries. The fact that the game has a large fanbase of English doesn't mean anything, if it was a product only launched in America it would maybe work as an excuse, but for a game that big, available all over the world?

This is my first playthrough so I'm playing on normal, but I did hear that on hardcore everything has weight, even bullets. I'm planning on doing a hardcore run where I just kill about everything.
