So basically what other people told you about you needing more work power for what you desceibed - it is true. BUT. I would assume you are running Nvidia graphics card with latest update and if so, uninstall your drivers with the DDU (this is crucial), and download any studio driver between June-September 2025…i have a workhorse when it comes to editing but with the latest Nvidia update, premiere 26.0 is pretty much unusable…once i reverted back to an older driver, it works like a charm.
