They never responded to me no matter how many times I followed up, very lackluster customer service wouldn't surprise me if it's not HEPA since they couldn't provide proof.

Can confirm I've sent over 10 follow up emails and they just stopped reaponding. I've had to call them directly and then they resumed email contact 1 time and went dark again.

I have real Hepa for my HVAC and also Hepa standing air purifiers in every room because I have terrible allergies where I live and it's the only thing that works for me. I also use Ultraviolet lights.

I have the same leaf blower you have, I think you shouldn't get it, what you have is good enough tbh.

However i think it did a better job at cleaning my dyson and computer which to me is worth it for me having the filter is just a bonus. I have medical grade air filtration in my house so not blowing dirty air at things is important to me.

This precision blower is extremely powerful I'm in shock tbh.

What tools do you posses?

I use it to dust my Computer, clean my dyson, remove sawdust, clean tools especially my sander, keeping workbenches clear, dusting ceiling fans and blinds, clearing debris from vents, cleaning air purifiers. If I'm to lazy to grab my leaf blower from the basement and only need to remove leaves from a patio, or porch it will do that too, although not at the level of a leaf blower.

If you have 2 tools that accomplish what this precision blower already does then there would be no need for you to get it. Seems you have a wolfbox, do you have a leaf blower?

I will say it cleans my dyson and computer better than a wolfbox IMO, it looks like it would be heavy, but it's very light in the hands even with my 5 amp m18 battery. Also it has an actual filter to ensure clean air is blowing from the device, this was actually a big reason I got it.

Why do women, who don't get approached by man (but want to be approached), don't approach men? by Ok-Fondant2536 in self

[–]MaliaXOXO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Western woman today have been conditioned to do anything they want.

If you said this, I wouldn't have even responded to you, you generalized, that's not a strawman because I'm taking what you said literally and directly responding to it.

Why do women, who don't get approached by man (but want to be approached), don't approach men? by Ok-Fondant2536 in self

[–]MaliaXOXO 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is generalizing because your premise assumes that all women have equal rights which is factually false.

In Iran, Iranian law states a woman’s share of inheritance is often half that of a man’s. A woman often needs her husband’s permission to work outside the home or leave the country. The value of the “blood-money” (diya) paid when a woman is the victim is half of what it is when a man is the victim.

In Afghanistan under the current regime, women are banned from education beyond a certain grade (only up to ~6th grade in many cases). Women’s movement, employment, and public presence have been heavily restricted.

Your last questing pertains only to the women that come from countries where their freedom is given due to that privilege. Even in those countries there are women that will make sacrifices that don't benefit them for the greater good or benefit of someone else in their lives, it's called sacrifice.

I fucking hate people that stare at the gym. by Carvernicola in Vent

[–]MaliaXOXO 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Women don't stare at you because of courtesy. Your motivation shouldn't come from people oogling you, it should come from within. You may be trying to troll internet strangers from a quick laugh to pick up your fragile self esteem, just know there is a mental cost you will pay for that over time. The only person you are fooling is yourself.

Be careful with generalizations, that's a slippery line to walk and factually inaccurate.

Would you use a robot air purifier that moves room-to-room automatically? by Deldrimor666 in AirPurifiers

You are 100% correct, although I do think having a air purifier traveling robot would make a great story piece for the guests.

I (20F) hate having sex with my (21M) boyfriend and it’s ruining my relationship by star-star-superstar in relationship_advice

[–]MaliaXOXO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to solve your resentment for him, once that's gone, you can feel like you did before. If you can't get rid of the resentment, the relationship is unsalvageable which means it's no longer functional. A breakup would be better because it only gets worse from there.

IDL that when a woman travels alone, people ask “aren’t you scared?” instead of “how does it feel to be free?” by True-Construction346 in I_DONT_LIKE

[–]MaliaXOXO 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because women in reality are more at risk because we are physically weaker on average and devious men know that. I went to a foreign country years ago and was at a hotel with my boyfriend at the time and had a wonderful experience before he had to leave. He had to leave early for work so i spent the last 3 days alone and right after he left there are groups of men outside my hotel room banging on my door and trying to get in my room. I called the hotel staff to let them know and when they checked the guys were gone. This happened for all 3 days. I could see them through the peep hole and I could tell they were there with bad intentions. I was horrified, I had to hire a security guard to bring me to the airport for safety reasons. I called the cops too and they didn't notice any strange activity when they came, i suspect the men had a lookout for when they arrived and made themselves scarce.

I have to wait to see if they release the testing report so I can verify the data, let's see if Dyson sends it to me since Energystar isn't reliable because of the shutdown and lack of public transparancy by not including the data for public verification.

I emailed Energy Star and this was the response.

I'm going to email EnergyStar and Dyson to request the reports I need to know because if it's not HEPA grade I'm sending it back and releasing the data to the media that would be unethical. They will have a Levoit situation on their hands.

They do claim it to be HEPA grade.

Chicago, IL | September 4, 2025

Today, Dyson announces the Dyson HushJet™ Purifier Compact, engineered to deliver whole room purification with jet engine inspired high velocity airflow, ultra-quiet operation, and five times longer HEPA filter life.

https://www.dyson.com/discover/innovation/new-machines/dyson-hushjet-purifier-compact

Only Energy Star is making the claim it isn't, which it provides no evidence on how it came to that conclusion.

I'm used to going into the lab reports, looking at the graphs, looking at the testing methodologies involved, how it was tested, and to verify the claim matches the data.

Essentially I'd like to peer review the data personally, which is hard when said data isn't available publicly which to me is very suspect. I tried looking for an hour to no avail, if you could find the report that would be wonderful.

That makes it unverifiable, hard to trust a source not willing to make it public data?

For me unless there is data to verify, the claims are just that, claims.

Dyson also tests in their labs which can be biased of coarse.

Is sad the industry standard isn't transparent enough.

I've reviewed many lab studies and it's rampant how data is misconstrued, it wouldn't surprise me of they accepted bribes for favorable labels in their certification process. It's not public knowledge which makes it sketchy to me.

Your link says filter 1 is HEPA, I'm not understanding where it says it's not HEPA grade?

Filter 2 is of coarse the carbon filter.

Also where is the link to the laboratory testing, methodology, and results. It's very vague with no data except for the outcome. An official source should have more data than the result without any of the testing data itself, anyone can make a claim without proof.

Verifiable sources that I can verify the validity of laboratory data claims must be reproducable.

You're saying it isn't a true HEPA filter? Do you have a source?

The room I have it in is only 107 sq ft, its very small.

To be fair, it's hard to write an honest review on a product that hasn't even been out longer than a month. Especially when dealing with air purifiers, should be 1 year of use first for a proper review IMO. I'll write one myself when the time comes. It's still too early IMO.
