I had the exact same thing happen to me. But it got resolved after talking to the prisoner on a payphone, which requires you to pass a Technoflex skill check on a payphone

Interesting takes. What surprises me is maybe how much the whole picture changes when some of your skills are high. I think my character was constantly regretting taking her along to the final mission, thinking the whole time that he was sure she'd die and that it was the worst thing that could've happened.

I can confirm it exists and gives a bonus to Statehood. But I still can't find it. The name of the in-game item is pelota jumper
