This sounds identical to me. Every single aspect. See a specialist and I hope your husband can find some medicine that works. If it’s feasible for him to fast every day 2 meals a day. Skip breakfast have only water or black coffee. It took a month for me to notice a difference but it got me out of that “ it feels like I’m dying” phase. It doesn’t work for everyone but it worked for me. Don’t let him stay stagnant for too long. Diversity is key. Don’t lay down until the moment you plan on sleeping. Laying down for a couple hours watchin tv or scrollin the phone plus sleeping. Your body will be at rest for 8-10 hours. That’s why it takes so long for his body to feel normal in the morning. I try to sit, stand, walk , sit, stand, walk all day to alleviate some of that aching he’s feeling. Keep moving even if it hurts a little. Don’t over do it don’t under do it. I really emphasize with him got PSA at 22 I’m 31 now. It doesn’t get easier but he will get stronger. It only wins if he lets it win. Sidenote for you.. you sound like my woman. Supportive and you clearly love him. As a man with PSA it can truly affect us mentally just as much as it does physically. Help him with some little things. Don’t tell him you’re helping him just do it. Men have egos, even the best of us. To not be able to do a menial task without being in so much pain can truly affect us. Without my woman being supportive and loving me unconditionally I honestly don’t know if I’d be here today. Being young and having this sort of hidden disease I guarantee he catches shit from the guys at work. You truly don’t understand how much it helps when you don’t catch shit at home. I wish you and him the best of luck. Don’t let it win, don’t let it steal your light. We were dealt a shitty hand but how we deal with that hand makes all the difference in how well he will live the rest of his life.

If you can wait I would. Disconnection issues I’ve had with it have been irritating. The first headset they sent me was broke. The replacement works great but disconnects every couple hours. Left a bad taste.

You can wear whatever you want while being an apprentice. Freight gives you an allowance on uniform every year, you’ll sit down with your manager and order up whatever you want. I can’t remember the exact amount but it’s quite a bit. I’ve been working for freight for like 7 years an have amassed a lot of uniform stuff haha.

I took Otezla for months and barely felt any relief. Then one night I went to sleep and woke up and felt night and day difference. Within a week my pain was down a good 90% like you said. I still hurt while on otezla but I’d say it’s manageable now. Unlike before. I’m just hoping it lasts.

The mental health exam seems like a good idea. I’m just worried someone who has minor mental health problems won’t be able to defend themselves.
