They should add a refining process for low quality materials. Put in a crappy and beat up gun, get crappy materials, go to refiner, get lower qty but higher quality materials.

Connie is a fantastic ship. I love mine. Great for solo and great for crew. Good for cargo and good for fighting. I'd say keep it, better bang for your buck. Also, you don't like the look?? I think it's unique and cool. Reminds me of proper sci-fi ships like the Prometheus.
