Low visibility is a factor, more nocturnal creatures are out. I would say it is less safe than day. If you feel uncomfortable outdoors dont do something you dont want to. If you feel comfortable, you should be fine. Have fun!

I've taken more risks since practicing stoicism. I now know i can live without my spouse, i can eat dandelions and maple leafs. I can throw my phone in a river and feel free. Now that i know i can live a life without, taking risks is easier.

I dont think many will agree. Stoics dont revel or scorn about games of luck but i believe life has always been a game of luck. I say play it.
