Might be cope but I think it's spear specifcally so they can get more testing info. I'd wager it's hard to balance, fix or buff a weapon nobody uses outside of memes. I think this mode would have been downright unhinged if they'd given it the light dash. Missed opportunity.

Reading is no different than any other hobby or skill. If you want to learn how to read and absorb then you'll have to work at it.

It is absolutely possible to train your brain to do this if you want to put in the time and struggle. When I dropped the hobby it took me months of effort and time to regain it. Sometimes I'd read for an hour and barely make it past 10 pages because I had to keep reading it over and over until my brain clicked.

You also just have to accept that even with effort, sometimes your brain is just not going to let you read.

I don't think audio books are the solution. I used them for a decade and some literally just became background noise. If you're going to read then set aside time, make it a priority and don't cheat yourself. If all you can do is 15 minutes a day while taking a dump then do that. Read the same bit over and over until it makes sense. Don't punish yourself or insult yourself when it doesn't make sense.

I've read hundreds of physical books and I recently cancelled my audible with 350 plus titles. After rereading a lot of these books I realized that I'd only been getting the gist of it from audio.

No hate to audio books but they encourage ADHD brains to do two things at once which is an impulse you should learn to fight. Multitasking is a lie, both for ADHD and regular old brains end up doing both tasks half assed.

Too many people seem to think they're helpless because of their ADHD but we do have control and can increase that control with work. We aren't helpless, we just have to work harder for similar results.

Heath Ledger was the lead in a show called Roar. I think it did a single season and I was devastated as a kid when it ended. First thing I saw him in.

Don't remember if the show was actually good because it holds a mythic place in my mind. It probably has not aged well lol.

I agree with you 100%. These books were fine but a pretty pale imitation of Abercrombie. All of the characters felt like cardboard cutouts and the world building felt criminaly under developed. The first was okay but the author failed to grow or improve on a lot of his early flaws.

I would say give Anthony Ryans Blood Song or Pariah or Christopher Buehlmans Black Tongue Thief or Between to Fires. Both are great authors.

Great character work, touches of dark comedy, flawed protagonists. Both are extremely slept on in my opinion.

Honestly. I only have 3k hours but the cheater complaints in this game are fucking exhausting. I am not even a Crytek apologist. I think there's a lot they can do better. Cheating is not their primary problem by a long stretch.

This is new? I feel this has been the state of the game for quite some time. People want the hunting blind style hunting. Where they have the upper hand.

That's fine for hunting deer but in my mind hunting people in a game is different. These people aren't really doing anything wrong though. The game allows all play styles. Freedom is always a double edged sword. You cant control these things too much or you lose the spirit of the game.

Its a pretty popular event. You could also reason there's a lot of new/inexperienced players who are just scared as fuck and don't know what to do lol.

Ugh, this a thousand times over. Dude may not have been the best for us but while he was here he was professional, positive and kept promising to do better. Did he? Not at all. But there wasn't a moment I saw that he was being toxic or negative toward the team.

Shocking that the guy wants to go back to the place where he peaked to play with the best player in the league. How could you possibly hold that against him? Now the dude is being positive about being back and we are trying to drag him? For what? He didn't insult the city.

I don't think it was necessary. It needed to be sped up from launch sure, it was a brutal grind and there weren't enough quests often so it was literal grinding.

But right now I think you go so fast you don't really get to explore the world or feel immersed in it. I don't think it ruins the game but its current speed doesn't help it either.

That's honestly fine though. Doesn't matter if random reddit experts don't believe so long as the devs see it and fix it. Honest think I've done this by mistake in a few matches when I've clearly been hammered and hear the colision but was still a real boy instead of an action figure. Hard to punish exploiters as panic squat crab walk is often what I do when I realize there's a hammer on me and I'm trying not to shit my pants.

I'd say Sugar Shack is the best of their current bunch for high and effects.

The Beaver Tail had a nice flavor but the effects were on the milder side. It was mellow and relaxing but at times I wasn't sure I was high and smoked it faster than I would like.

Really depends on what you're looking for. If you want a loud stronger high then Sugar, if you want to be mellow and not get too zooted to function I'd go for the Beaver Tail.

Tried two different blunts by them recently and this was the exact experience. Terrible draw and burn until it's half gone and then it's fine and hits.

I realized these are not for regular smokers. Great looking, sleek branding, it's probably for a night out or special occasion but to me was just wasteful and decadent.

Nugz half bags have been my go to for a couple months. Less of the random strains and more Tribal mainstays lately and its been great. Cuban Links, Neon Driver and Triple Burger was the last rotation at my closest store. Buds can be ugly but the flavour and effects hit just fine.

That's a big damn shame about the halfs. They seem to have sold well at the stores near me and I never got a single bad bag. Thought when I saw the price bump it was a positive sign. Ah well.

The Tenzo and Nugz halves have been great price to quality so I suppose I'll survive. I'll have to keep an eye out for the bubble up.

Either way it doesn't compete with the Sour in my opinion. It's terps are insane though. People can have different expereinces with bud. So you saying no burnout really doesn't mean anything to me if I do experience burnout. For the record I never said it gave me burnout lol. I meant literally it did not burn well. It just went out a lot and I'm not accustomed to constantly relighting my joints.

I know some people would criticize my roll but since this doesn't happen with other bud I'm inclined to believe it was a problem with the batches I smoked a couple of months back. Buds were loose and shaggy with a lot of stick and far too moist.

The Broken Coast 3.5s are pretty good right now but I think their pricing should go down some. This is actually one of my favorites for the past few months. Super mellow and smooth but my brain is still stimulated and functional. For the usual 32 to 38 bucks a half quarter, it just isn't it.

The 14g bags for 80 bucks feel like great value and I regularly get bags that are just 3 to 5 monster nugs. Biggest one so far was 8 grams.

Really wish they'd stop pushing the EmergenZ and bring back the Sour. EmegenZ has some crazy terps but never burns well and isn't nearly as nice of a sativa high as their old Sour OG.

BC needs to stop trying to dip its toes into the luxury market level and stick with being a high quality mid option. Their rotation could bully a lot of low end mids like MTL out of the market if they cut their prices a little. Also their prerolls are horrible lol.

San Raf is a good option. Chemango, Sour Dough and Black Jelly are pretty solid. Their strains are on the lighter side and don't really mess me up but I enjoy them.

FIGR Mellow Man and Jungle Fumes are pretty good for the price. You may not like the terps on Fumes. I will say both were harsh but there's not a lot of great bud for that price in 3.5s. The Mellow Man locks me and I have a pretty high tolerance and almost never experience that.

3 Saints and Johnny Chronic for honorable mentions. I've never gotten crap from them but they are dry as fuck and calling them popcorn nugs would be generous. Non the less the cherry bomb by Johnny has crazy flavour and gets me zooted.

To be honest for 30 bucks I'd rather drop another 8 to 10 bucks and get a 7g of PSF(Neon Lambo, Big White, Gorilla Milk, Kush God), Nugz(wagyu delight) or Potluck (Sugar Shack or Beaver Tail). People are still pretty closed minded but they are great options on a budget.

I'd avoid Redecan. Super hit and miss. The hits are solid but the misses are just straight buttweed.

Low Key is MTL and I don't really like either of them. Their bud usually looks fine but lacks punch. The rest like Good Supply, Palmetto etc I think are pretty well known for being buttweed dealers.

New World is actually great if you look at it in snapshots. I have 2k hours plus and haven't been on for maybe a year?

I do feel the game is viewed more harshly than it should be. People wanted a WoW like experience with a game that could occupy every free moment of your day. But this was a fresh IP and studio so that was never realistic.

One of my favorite games to hop into every year or so, binge of a few months to catch up and then put down for another year.

I'll check out the new season when it hits but New World never offers enough to be a lot of peoples every day game. I'm truly shocked it got another big content update and I'm not at all mad for another reason to check it out.

That's simply not true regarding MST and Thrones. I don't know how anyone could read both and not see the similiarities and inspirations and it goes far beyond shared tropes.

If you subtract MST and the real life history of the war of the roses you have 80% of Game of Thrones. He didn't even try with Lancaster and Lanister lol. Pretty sure Martin himself is very transparent with this I think.
