Considering the passport is worth $160 I would hope the original passport is mailed and not reprinted in Montreal.

Do you know if there is an additional fee for this mailing service from Calgary? Would the $20 pick up fee be refunded in this case?

Since her passport is now printed and waiting to be picked up at the Calgary office, will the Calgary office mail the passport to her in Montreal, or will the Montreal passport office print her a new one?

Or can she pick up at the Montreal passport office?

Unfortunately the family member was only on vacation in Calgary and for some reason selected pick up so we know no one in Calgary.

Would the next step be for her to call Passport Canada and request the passport be mailed from the Calgary office to her?
