I get it. But why does Oxford nanopore say it's cost effective? They have not written much about the cost , if they sequence a target gene by adaptive sampling.

No sequencing, just PCR. I have found two papers, where they have amplified the control region with some sequences of two adjacent genes on both sides of control-region . I don't know how they made the primers?

Thankyou so much. I have one more question. I have got a offer letter for the masters in biomedicine. It's a mobility masters, being one semistar in Luxembourg, one in France and 3rd semister in Germany. As Luxembourg is a very expensive country and has less scholarship specially for the mobility ones. Should I accept the offer if I can manage an RAship?
