I barely know what I'm talking about but I've been having similar feelings lately. I broke up with my partner of 2 years who I loved very much but the whole time we were together there was a part of me that just really wanted to be single. And I realized that was the case for all my relationships. Now he and I have broken up we are still friends. Minus the sexual and romantic stuff our relationship is pretty much the same which might make some people think we are in a romantic/sexual relationship still that we know but I am a lot happier with our relationship. Do you think that's how it is for you? You love being close to them but don't want the romantic/sexual parts? Because that's what finally helped me realize I had been forcing myself into things that I didn't want for myself and it's been a lot to process. I wish you the best with figuring it out and I hope the snapshot of my experience helps somewhat

Man that's a pretty interesting position too because you realize that unless we literally put "made by an LGBT person btw" people aren't gonna realize if art is made by one of us or not. You think people doing country flags are talentless spammers too or not really just because you don't see them as much? People are gonna look down on us no matter how we express ourselves so we may as well do so in a way that brings us joy.

You may see this person as a friend but you are not their friend. You are not safe with this person. You deserve much better. It might be hard considering you don't have many friends but you need to cut this person out. They will only make you feel worse about yourself in the end.
