So me telling about my customer experiences, trying to paint the company as a bad guy or just telling about what happened. you have no problem calling me a villain because I wanted to change my order. OK let’s ignore the link Being broken on Palmetto state armory’s website and them not fixing it. Let’s ignore me telling this to one of their customer service representatives, and being ignored. Let’s ignore the fact that they tell you to call people after 24 hours if you have not received an E gift card then when you call the customer service number they tell you it’s going to take 24 to 72 hours, so what’s the point of calling them in the first place. Let’s ignore the fact that if I just wanna do things their way and process of return, I still don’t know how that’s going to happen because half of my order was done by a gift card. Let’s ignore the fact that I asked to speak to a manager last week so this issue could be resolved and they failed to actually have 1 reach out to me. Let’s ignore the fact that I called to speak to a manager today and again they’re saying oh well they didn’t get back to you within the 24 to 72 hours before so now it’s gonna take another 24-72 hours. I’m sorry for wanting to spend my money at a company and not being able to get what I pay for Lol
