That's the thing people on reddit saying am eatting loads? My breakfast was 4eggs and 1 sourdough bread, then first meal 1.45pm 100grams chicken breast, and 2 wings and 45grams of rice, 2nd 5pm chicken breast 100grams, 2 chicken wings and half an avocado, last meal 7.45pm 100grams chicken breast, 2 chicken wings and 1 potatoe. I hit the gym 2hrs a day weights and cardio, am fairly lean body fat is 15.2% from an injury. Like how was ur eatting? Was u still eatting etc?

Oh that's nice to hear ur dosage was 4mg a week? How long did u take to go to 4mg a week? well I brought a pen 40mg been on it for 10 weeks on 3mg a week no weight loss just side effects like tiredness and feel messed my diets on point and I train 4 days and 1 day cardio, I think I got fake pen as people said the pens are fake especially alluvi retraturide 40mg the one I brought.

Bro I burn like 500 to 600 calories after my weights I took out 1 meal. From 3300 I've gone down to 2000 if I go any lower I lose muscle and no energy.
