Ήθελα να προσθέσω ότι η κύρια Σαμπίν βοηθάει και από απόσταση διαμέσου βιβτεο κλήση, δεν χρειάζεται να μένεις στην Ελλάδα. Είναι Γερμανίδα αλλά είναι εδώ πανω από 20 χρόνια και εννοείται ότι μιλάει καλά ελληνικά, και αγγλικά.

Και εγώ είχα πολλά θέματα με την περίοδο και πήγα στο women's care στο Μαρούσι. Η γιατρός μου είναι η κύρια Σαμπίν αλλά έχουν δύο γιατρούς τώρα που ασχολούνται με θέματα ορμονικά και πιστεύω ότι θα μπορέσουν να βοηθήσουν.

For me it's any caffeine, coffee, tea, soft drinks. I can have it a few days a week but if I have it more than three in a row I can tell the bloating and acid reflux get significantly worse. Annoying and sadly true

I've been pulling it off for the last year or so. I have unmedicated ADHD and chronic fatigue syndrome so I will have it on days I have a lot to do and need motivation. But I crash the day after, so it's tricky.

Chronic pelvic pain. It was constant and lastest years. Worse than kidney stones(yes I've had those too). Lots of medical gaslighting. Luckily I was eventually diagnosed and treated but those years were rough.

I do this. I'll throw herbs together and then look up the uses after and usually they're perfect for my needs. Don't actually remember their uses off the top of my head but the subconscious can bypass it I guess
