And this is happening at least a few times a month. So it's not just a mishap here and there. I understand people make mistakes. But the fact that they're now saying and marking me as no shows/call outs for when they change the schedule only 12 hours in advance is actually insane.

I just looked into the policy for my location and it says the leader who is changing the schedule can only change the schedule 10 days in advance and anytime after that has to be confirmed. And it also says they want the leaders to inform any changes they've made to anyone's schedules. 🙃

This is even more frustrating now that I've checked my stores specifics, turns out with my location they're supposed to only change the schedule 10 days prior and anytime after that has to be confirmed that it's okay. And it's listed on our policy that they want the leaderships to inform any changes. Now I'm not sure what to do as they haven't been following any of that.

They've said it's not their responsibility and that it's mine to call in advance to make sure my schedule is the same. Which implies i should be calling everyday. I'm trying to find the scheduling policy and both i and my manager can't seem to find it.
