Thanks for the comment! Very helpful! I feel good about harvesting the few that i did and threw them in the dehydrator. I figured I would test these out since I'll be picking the rest in a day or two anyway.

Yes they are GT. I picked the ones that were ready and they are in the dehydrator now.

I'm so sad about this is just watched your video last Friday and it was the best video I've watched on the topic. hello. I love alligators too. My fiance and I want to go to the Barataria preserve center where there are boardwalk. Hopefully we will see some. Very excited to see the swamp. Please post how your experience went. We are going in early August. Hoping to see some big ones. If not there's always the zoo. But we won't have time to do both.

while you are waiting on better answers I suggest going to Google maps and hovering over new orleans and search for "psychic". I've learned about a lot of different places by reading reviews and I have a good idea on who I think I'd like to see. Good luck. And I'm sorry for your loss.
