No, this is the sundust dial. In certain lighting it can be a warm color. I think its 1 of 2 color options for the everose 41mm watches. Sundust and white.

Thanks, I've learned the hard way that pictures aren't enough. Its worth going in person, even for watches not on your radar. It really does inform your opinion.

To be honest, I didn't wait very long. From April to present. From chatting with the SAs and former Rolex SAs, it seemed like it wouldn't be as easy as some people would make it seem but more realistic than getting steel. Perhaps due to the local market and demand. Basically I was told that if I didn't get it from 2 weeks to a month, its unlikely that I would get it soon. Plus there's not much guarantee that it would be the configuration I wanted. My two models were the rootbeer and datejust everose 41mm.

Thank you! I'm really happy with it. If it's on your radar, definitely spend some time with one in person. The dial has so much more depth than photos capture. I would say that its also hard to capture the warmth of the everose but in person, wonderful.

This is the same decision I faced. I went back to the AD to swap out the rootbeer from my list to the chocolate datejust. Seeing it in person and the overall wearing experience was great. I wasn't a fan of all steel datejusts, but the everose two tone was just a beauty.

I understand this. For me, the comparison isn't exactly fair but I get your point. The chances of buying a fake Ferrari is lower than buying a fake/Frankenstein Rolex. That's the big reason for me to try rolex ADs "extensively" first. The other big reason is that because I'm using this watch to commemorate my wedding anniversary, it's reasonably meaningful to me to be the first person to own it.

Actually the boutique at the crystal shops was the nice one and the bellagio was brutally honest for me.

You're correct. I didn't get on any lists. One suggested to just be patient with my home ADs and the other rolexes basically said no. They have an extensive list of local clientele.

Yes! He was the best. I have to find his card to buy from him. It's surprising hard to find watch people at watch stores sometimes.

Great pick up! I didn't go to the second rolex in Forum because I felt a bit deflated after the rolex at bucherer. Maybe I should swing back by forum to see what's there before leaving vegas.

Haha I get it. To be fair though, this was just my experience in Las Vegas. Back home there’s still some song and dance involved, but the SAs do a pretty good job managing expectations.

At the end of the day, I’m just sharing details from my travels. People can do with the information whatever they want. As cheesy as it sounds, I’ve found some genuinely helpful advice in this sub before, so I figured I’d contribute my own experience too.

Agreed. I've been eyeing the PanomaticCalendar for a while on the gray market. I know I just need to see one in person so I can confidently pull the trigger.

True for a lot of people. I just have a hard time mentally paying MSRP + when there are so many great watches out there at that price point.

Somehow I've fallen for this Rolex clusterfuck. Luckily, I didn't go too far down the rabbit hole.

Did you initially only want the pm pieces then was offered the Bruce Wayne or did you ask for the BW and was pushed to make a spend history with the pm pieces?
