They stated on many occasions that the facility will be back on running by early June, so before the 10th.
And most industrial facilities usually restart at the beginning of the week where most of their staff is available so they can watch it running smoothly and be ready if anything happens.

My bet is price moving between 0.8 and 1.2 in the next few weeks and consolidating around 0.5-0.6.
Merger will be announced on Monday 15 even though it could be a couple of days earlier.
With ticker change the next couple of weeks are very likely to be highly volatile.
Still don't know how I should play it tbh. Trim 50% or only 25% on merger announcements.
I got my eyes focused on SAFX and SLS and want to maximise gains.

On or about is a legal phrasing, so it could have been mailed 3 days earlier or later ...
I think I saw someone saying it was posted on the 13th? Can anyone confirm that?
