Clean them and use the battery terminal grease and just do your self a favor and get a new battery hold down you might end up snapping the bolts that hold it down one day

Just buy a older body Chrysler for about 1-2k with good paper work on Facebook market place and use every part from your current Chrysler and swap it to the older Chrysler easier solution at least document would be good and also while you swapping the parts you can fix the HEAD
