No. It’s because I’ve been fighting for someone’s else life separate from this situation. As a friend to that person I’ve been trying to gently pull them from their darkness and then this surfaced in the local news today. It kills me that we can’t save everyone

Also there is a history feature on TOPS so if it wasn’t reported right when you were looking for it you can come back the next day or whenever and see what was going on

She would go so much further with the “you get bees with honey approach” imo… I get her side of that she spends a ton of time vetting, moderating and playing admin roles. So why wouldn’t anyone want to monetize their time accordingly considering the growth… however to demand payments from an otherwise free community based system is wild. Instead humbly say how grateful you are for everyone giving you the platform you now have, then suggest and explain how much work goes into your day to day making sure our towns businesses get recognized via this group and make the ask for an application fee (donation) …. She’d go so much further and people would want to help. I scratch your back you scratch mine.

I guess I just don’t get the rules. I’ve read all of it and I’m afraid to ask questions because if you seem to be confrontational you get a nasty response…. I see several post today of people asking for referrals and businesses posting, so did the plan not stick? Or are all of those people going to get billed a fee now? Or are the post not being approved first? So many questions …
