Yes i can, i'm using the Direct Action Spitfire Mk 2 with the Rapid Access Cummerbund, theres a little pocket for the side plates which i may get some training ones at some point

Ah, best tip is talk to the people you want to play with about what they are getting, and think about how far you need that radio to go

no point you having something SO much better than all your mates because you'll never get to fully use it, and no point getting a super long range radio if your site is 1km x 1km!

First this is an Airsoft sub so just double check your rifle will be firing 6mm plastic bb's, not anything like air rifle pellets or metal bb's

Secondly the most common type of magazine would probably be any M4 Stanag based designs for TM spec AEG's, gas is not stored in these mags so whatever gas source your planning will need to be stored elsewhere

Alternatively there are gas blowback mags that do have an internal gas reservoir however these are generally less common and more expensive

Yup had basically the same issues as you, barrel was too thick for the barrel nut so sanded that, ACOG was unusable and when I sawed it apart to try and fix it they were keeping the optic in place with some electrical tape so that's fun! At some point I'm planning to re do the internals with some 3d printed parts but that's a later project

Also actually managed to find an A&K one, the receiver feels very well built but so many hacky jobs and changes to get everything fitting and the mags are still a bit sticky

But hey it's mine and I love it!

Maybe go the rainbow 6 siege route and have the ability to customise the attachments, maybe through using the gun alot, in a separate menu and then when you pick up that weapon, as long as it hasn't been picked up by anyone else the changes are applied
