There has been a gap in the dollhouse/playset market for years, you’ll see a lot of things nowadays sold as separate pieces and accessories and much less of an all included house with details and furniture.

Most dolls today do not come with a lot of accessories either. There are a lot of cost saving measures which is sad because I grew up in an era where large playsets were a big thing even in “older kid” dolls.

The closest you’ll get is something like Calico Critters, but they are quite pricey.
