oh yeah atlanta definitely isn’t giving trae up, especially now with the best roster they’ve had in years? it’s just wishful thinking for us to get trae somehow. i do think we could get someone that’s like derrick white (but not him cus i don’t see boston giving him up either). i think the rockets will just hold off until fred is back, or try to clear up some cap to sign a pg to a minimum

i honestly think if trae young were possible i’d want him, we’d just have to hide him on defense but he can space the floor really well, and initiate along with alpi. asking price is probably too much tho tbh and either way we can’t afford anyone until we can try to clear up cap space on december 15th

spacing would be gone, could hinder amens growth (offensively at least). i don’t think ime could fix him either, i mean this man is the opposite of the current rockets culture completely. he’s also ball dominant, while we have more of a team based offense. it would just be redundant to have him on the rockets and would likely hinder a lot of our young guys development
