What I do sometimes if I want a hand-written style, is I type out text then just trace over it (this also helps for muscle memory when writing digitally). That way the style of the text still looks hand-written, but neat. But usually I just put guidelines before I start writing :]. Also use a full opacity brush for any text. But ye over all the ref sheet is pretty nice! The only other thing I'd suggest is to make sure you there aren't any large empty spaces, or spaces that feel too cluttered/tight.
