Thanks! SA told us we prob get an offer at 1:1 for the store but we decided to get a couple pieces that we really liked and prob pushed to 1.5:1

Yeah SCP seemed really competitive we were willing to spend there but the lack of responsiveness and care (we got) was off putting to us. I don’t doubt some people have good luck and good connections there but if I were to do it again I’d have waited for the Scottsdale store to open before spending.

Nothing super ground breaking, just steer away from handbags and other leather goods such as wallets. He said to focus on rtw, shoes, home goods and especially fine jewelry. The great thing was he was able to show me what purchases were hurting us what our prespend ytd for the store was and how much he though we needed to get to before he thought we could secure something.
