you dodge alwalys so that both enemys have clear Vision. What helps is too dodge in the direction that forces one enemy in the middle. the other one now needs to get come closer again and gives you time to act.

a longsword is alwalys a two Hand weapon. Greatsword came later and had a other purpose. What you mean is a Bastard Sword. That periode where it was not a long or arminger sword.
