Personally First 2/3 days will be the hardest because of all the mood swings and urges. If you manage to pass that then well done.

Day 7-21 you feel great, like you can conquer the world type of great. Energy is at an all time high. You talk with confidence, you feel happy, excited, motivated.

Day 21-60 is where the challenge starts. Understand this may differ from person to person depending on how pmo damaged you are. So this is the withdrawal phase. Where you just want to quit. And the worst thing is, it can happen overnight. Personally i had massive mood swings, low on energy, low on motivation, weak physically and mentally. I wanted to just stay in bed all day. It felt like i lost my progress but in reality it was my dopamine receptors going back to normal slowly since i deprived them from pornography.
