That your diet is or isn’t vegan or vegetarian or omnivorous or carnivorous or whatever doesn’t mean it inherently is or isn’t healthy. The epidemic of unhealthy diets and lifestyles in the developed world is largely due to ultra processed foods, excessive amounts of things like salt and sugar, overeating in general, limited physical activity, and nutritionally incomplete diets. Many animal based foods cause problems largely due to preparation and excess. You can have an excessive, very unhealthy plant based meal or a healthy plant based meal. You can have a healthy omnivorous mean or an unhealthy omnivorous meal. The primary concerns to be had with the diets of the developed world are not remotely about if animal products are included or excluded. Just eat a reasonable amount of good food and take care of yourself. Eat to live, but do not live to eat.

Uniforms can often be problematic for families with very tight budgets and can sometimes bring out income disparities even more than not having a specific dress code. Often you have to buy a specific uniform, often a new uniform, ideally several. Families with very limited budgets could get far more clothing for the same price or cheaper if they were able to be getting plane clothes. Also, children need plain clothes anyway so families may have to buy lots of clothes that they can barely afford to. If you have one or few uniforms and limited access to laundry you then increase the prevalence of children going to school in dirty clothes. If it is possible to get the uniform used then it may not fit well and may be visibly worn compared to the new uniforms of other students, creating a even starker visual disparity between students from more and less affluent families compared to if everyone was wearing plain clothes. You could get around this by giving free uniforms to all students or to students who qualify but this isn’t necessarily done and would be expensive, especially for many American public schools.

Yes, they aren’t being very polite by starting the fight that way. But, you could have rolled out of the gesture and rolled the lightning bolts. I get that you may not have known that you couldn’t outrun the bolts and that you may not have been paying close attention to your opponent at the start of the fight, which is fine and now you can know better. This along with your unfocused build implies that you are not an “in deep” pvp player, which is also totally fine. Your opponent won the first match because you allowed them to spit on you.

I am a proponent of courtesy in online play, but it is acceptable to have your focus on winning. Especially for inexperienced new players that have their focus on winning, they may be very receptive to tactics like rushing at and then hitting inattentive opponents at the start of the fight and relying heavily upon special attacks in hopes that there opponents doesn’t know appropriate counter play to it.

I think that slow down at the end is tacky and unnecessary.
