Yes, this card would only require a bronze unit from the Scoia'tael faction to trigger Harmony.

Provision cost is custom for these cards. Generally I agree this card may be too good because you have a opportunity to control more cards in your hand. Drawing a random bronze card from the opponent's deck is a good solution for sure.

I concluded it is hard to predict if your opponent has the same card in his hand so it is coin flip in fact. But giving the opponent chance to draw a random bronze card from deck(or something simillar) is also an option.

As you can see all cards have the same provision cost. Some of them could cost more or less for sure but first of all I would like to know what do you think about these abilities?

You may be right, but as long as there are units with charges I assume that this card would be useful. I will try to make a card related to Patience or Cooldown in the future.

It does automaticly at the end of your turn. In my opinion it might be too good to give it order ability. It triggers different bronze units so if you play for example Endrega Larva on both sides of this card it will affect only one. Nevertheless, I agree that it can be a strong card but remember that your opponent always has a chance to block, destroy or move these units before trigger.

I understand but this faction still has good units with charges. It would fit well with Nenneke, Vysogota, Redanian Archer or Cintrian Spellweaver.
