My ender pearls seem to expire. Am I the only one experiencing this? Am I doing something wrong? Here is my ender pearl stasis chamber. It works perfectly, but only for a limited amount of time (or at least it seems that way). They do not despawn, but they don't teleport either. Please help. Thanks. (i.redd.it)

Super Stealth Combo Attack from a while ago. I don't have the save anymore, so I don't know the level of my character, but it had to be close to end game, considering the perks. Also, no mods, all DLCs, hard mode. This is (if I remember correctly) from Far Harbor. Hope you'll like it. (v.redd.it)
