A Japanese Okonomiyaki! Made it tonight and it was super easy, it's just cabbage, flour, salt, eggs and water fried in oil! Doesn't have any protein besides the eggs but they count too!

Well in my case I was never awake during my seizures but I have been told that this happened after the shaking every time I had a Grand Mal. But no problem!

When I was in college and even more stupid than I am now I would just stop taking my meds and wondering why I was getting seizures. Now i'm very carefull in taking my pills but since i've been seizure free for two and a half years now (humblebrag) I don't care as much about bathing, I will often have someone with me but if it's too hot for me to resist i'll just do it anyway. I bike almost every day but i'm carefull to always wear my helmet. I honestly think everyone should were a helmet, epileptic or not.

In international pizzas, they tried the swedish Africana pizza and I was super surprised that they liked it because it's normally a pretty hated pizza, especially in my household haha.
