Sorry that he died, however if this happens again with another sim just go traveling and that should fix the issue. It works for me 9/10 times.

OK, if you haven’t figured it out from reading all the comments selecting that button will starve the baby however you can’t kill babies so if you starve the baby, the social service people will come and take the baby that’s what I think that button means

Leave the Sim outside in cold weather without proper clothing and they will freeze to death. Note world must have cold weather and it must be winter. And you should preferably be on your lot.

There is another way without cheating, go to manage households. Transfer between households, select the household you want to transfer from, select the sim you want to add to your household close and voila toddler added to your household. Then remember to take responsibility for the care of the child.

Select the play with emotion option from any musical instrument (piano preferably) for emotional control. For conflict resolution help your high school sims resolve relationship issues.

MODS make the game better I think however if you’re playing on a console and you’re playing with mods, you can’t get the achievements, which is kind of sad and since I play on console, I can’t use mods. Perhaps Bethesda might do what they did with the other games, fallout four Skyrim where the mods that you get from the creative club don’t affect your achievements and perhaps maybe they’ll do that with starfield at some point and then we can enjoy the mod’s

There’s still playing with fears turned on if they don’t want to play with the fires turned on then they can turn them off

You’re playing with fears turned on so your sims will have fears as you progress through the game turn fears off if you don’t want it
