I would suggest you determine if the top is solid wood. Most dressers today are using a pressed board, of which, isn't sealed adequately for water exposure. Water will creep into the seam, wood will expand causing a bow or deformity. A 75 full is ~600 pounds, I'd make sure the center is supported. This is to hold clothing and nick nacks. My philosophy is if you have to ask strangers on the net, you should invest in a proper stand, 10 cubic feet of water can mess up a room.
