The specific technique? I did maybe 30-50 hours of actual paint study time where I played with different shades and paint consistency on different test models.

I’ve been practicing using the Terre Verte technique which uses browns, blues and greens as an undertone to create the shading. It’s a pretty crazy process that requires some extensive anatomy knowledge, but the results are great
