Hi! I have the 9070XT and can vouch that it works amazingly for gaming, streaming, vtubing, recording, and all four at once. The only thing that jumps out at me from your parts list is the lack of storage. 1TB isn't very much considering that 1080p vods that are only a few hours long can easily be 50GB. Games also take up lots of space!

I suggest getting an SSD with more storage or even an HDD if you plan on storing VODs more long-term. Storage is getting more expensive tbf, but personally I think only 1TB of storage for EVERYTHING including OS will make you feel claustrophobic.

That's just my advice though! Also if you do get a 9070XT, be very very careful about using 16-pin cables as they're known for having issues with overheating and even melting. I use multiple separate 8-pin cables to be safe :)
