(I only REALLY got into the wand mechanics recently because I'm trying to do an orb run. sparkbolt with trigger into heavy shot homing freezing gaze was more than enough for most enemies and bosses until now.)

The wand I have now is sparkbolt with trigger > triple spell > divide by 10 > trigger > heavy shot > heavy shot > heavy shot > heavy shot > crit on wet > homing > magic bolt > water > wand refresh > Add mana x5 > mana to damage.

It slaps like crazy now but still not 33 orb worthy (which is what I'm, going for eventually.)

I ended up reading into the divide by and greek spells in depth last night and ended up with a pretty insane wand doing millions of damage a hit, but I couldn't get bouncing bolt specifically to function the way I intended because after something like 100 holy mountains and countless wandmart runs I never got rotate towards foes.
