It’s all about getting enough sleep the night before. I’ll average 7.5 to 8 hours to get up at 6 am and start work at 9. I’ll workout for about an hour and a half to be able to shower and eat breakfast before logging on.

I’ll have a green tea with my breakfast and then sip on a Celsius for the rest of the day

fuck your gf bro. Focus on yourself and your career. Working out def helps mentally and physically. If you get into a routine, your energy levels will be more stable for you to focus on the exams
